Additional Guest Policy
$5 per person charge for extra day visitors. Prior approval required.
$10 overnight per person charge (prior approval required)
Deposit
For each separate cabin or the house, a 50% deposit is required for reservations of 5 days or less.
A $300 deposit is required for 7 day reservations for each separate cabin or the upper house.
Deposit can be paid by cash, check, money order, Venmo, or Zelle
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, a 30 day notice is required for any refund of deposit, less a $100 re-booking fee for each separate cabin or the house.
Terms & Conditions
All rates are subject to 6% state sales tax, plus applicable cleaning fees:
Cabin #1 & #5: $85
Cabins #2 & #3: $65
Cabin #4: $75
Upper House: $140
Lessee must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
Balance of rental fee is due in full at time of check in and there are no refunds for early departures.
All bed linens are provided. Bring your own towels and soap products.
